If you require a copy of your subscription invoice, you do not need to contact FunnelFLARE Support for the information. If you are a user of the account with Billing Permissions, you can pull that information at any time from your account. Here are the simple steps to follow.
From your main menu, go to:
- Administration -> Account Billing -> Product Subscription Fees
- Select the 'View Statement' icon
- Locate the desired invoice that you wish to view
- Click on the 'View Receipt' icon
- You now have the option to print or download your invoice information
