I'm Having Problems Logging In - Password Reset, Account Unlock, Email Confirmation

If you are having problems logging in, whether you forgot your password, didn't receive account unlock instructions, or you didn't see a confirmation email, you can trigger these again from your login screen.

Go to your login URL and you will see the image below. Take note of the options at the bottom of the login fields.


Select the appropriate option for you and an email will be triggered. Make sure you check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

Also please note, these emails are only valid for 24 hours. If you do not reset your password, confirm your account, or unlock the account within 24 hours of triggering one of those emails, they links will expire and you will have to trigger the appropriate email again.
