Regulatory Requirements for Call Tracking Numbers

 

Due to an increase in regulatory enforcement worldwide, we are proactively taking action to prevent disruption to service for any of your numbers.  If you have purchased numbers in any of the following countries, please check the regulatory requirements for the country of the number purchased below and send the requirements to engage@funnelflare.io.

 

Australia (AU)

Local

Australian local numbers require an end user name and address, but no documentation is required.

Mobile

Australian mobile numbers require:

  • End user name and proof of Identity (national ID, passport, commercial registry, etc)
  • End-user address and proof of address (this must match the name from the identity proof, national ID with address or utility bill)
  • Business ID Number and proof (Commercial register or equivalent)

Toll-Free

Australian toll-free numbers require an end user name and address, but no documentation is required.

 

 

Austria (AT)

Local

Austrian local numbers require an end user name, address, Academic Degree, and date of birth.

You need to provide one of these legal forms of Identity Proof:

  • Official ID
  • Passport
  • Verification from banks or insurance companies of identify
  • Excerpt from company book or registration and one of the above for legal representative (legal entity)

You must use one of these legal forms of Local Address Proof:

  • Invoice of prior telephony provider (for ported numbers)

No documentation required for end-user academic degree and end-user date of birth.

Mobile

Austrian mobile numbers require:

Denmark (DK)

Local

Danish local numbers require an end user name, passport number (for individuals), end user local address, and business registration number (for legal entity).

No documentation is required for end user name and business registration number.

You will need to provide a copy of your passport and one of these forms as a proff of end user local address (anywhere within the country):

Irish local numbers require an end user name and Irish address. No documentation required; however, common practice is to collect proof of identity for abuse protection.

Irish mobile numbers require:

  • End user name and proof of Identity (national ID, passport, residence card, etc)
  • End user Irish address and proof of address (this must match the name from the national ID, utility bill or business registry showing address in Ireland).

Jamaica (JM)
