In FunnelFLARE you can easily generate quotes, send quotes to prospects, and provide acceptance capabilities.
Basics
A Deal is defined by a set of products and services for a given prospect. You can generate quotes from within the deal interface. The quote combines the commercial details of the given deal.
A Quote has a Status that changes based on the engagement. All quotes start in Draft status. Once a quote has been sent to a prospect, the status automatically changes to Sent. Once a quote has been accepted by a client, the status changes to 'Accepted.
Step 1: Add products to your deal and save the deal
Step 2: Create a new quote from the quote tab
The Quote will be generated based on the existing products on the deal.
You can change the quantities and/or products for the quote, this will not impact the Deal.

Quote Templates
All quotes are sent as PDF attachments in an email. The design and structure of the PDF file are defined in a quote template:
In the PDF Quote Builder, you can add dynamic terms to the quote header and footer
For your quote template, be sure to add an 'accept' button.
This is a button with the following configuration
%QUOTE.ACCEPT_URL%
Quote System Pages
There are two system pages that are used in the quote system.
The Quote Accept Page
When a quote is sent to a prospect, the dynamic term %QUOTE.ACCEPT_URL%, if the quote has not been accepted yet, the dynamic term resolves to the Quote Accept page. This page is only viewed once by a prospect. When the link is clicked the quote status changes to Accepted. You can customize this page to provide a dynamic message that lets the prospect know the quote has been accepted.
The Quote View Page
The quote view page can either be accessed by embedding the %QUOTE.VIEW_URL% in an email. All visits to the %QUOTE.ACCEPT_URL% page after the quote is in the Accepted status will direct to the Quote view page. All visits to the link generated by the %QUOTE.ACCEPT_URL% by a user of your account will direct to the Quote View page, leaving the quote in the current status.
